Return Policy

Standard equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom-engineered equipment is non-returnable unless defective.

Eligibility

Equipment must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

Contact our support team to initiate a return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned equipment.

Warranty Claims

For equipment under warranty, contact our technical support team. We provide remote diagnostics and ship replacement parts promptly.
